“KeyNode Solutions was wonderful to work with. They guided me through changes before making them and wanted to ensure that they had everything up front. On top of that, I had a very tight timeline of 3 weeks to get things done and they were up to the task and were finished on time.”

“We’ve been extremely impressed by KeyNode team’s expertise with Claude and AI-driven automation. Your guidance around custom connectors and identifying ways to connect our existing systems has opened our eyes to how many manual, time-consuming processes we can potentially automate. You’ve done a great job of not only helping us implement solutions but also helping our team understand what is possible and think differently about how we work.”

“Gregory and Alex proved to be excellent partners of all phases of our engagement. At the beginning, they did an exceptional job listening to my situation and needs. During the execution phase, they assisted in all required tasks promptly and precisely. At the end, we had a solid wrap-up process that helped catch a minor gap that I had not raised during discovery thus saving downtime and upset users. Excellent work across the board!”

“We found KeyNode after a bad experience working with an implementation partner. KeyNode’s team took the time to understand our business and design solutions specific to our needs. In addition, they made suggestions for Salesforce best practices and features that we did not know we could leverage. I would highly recommend them as a Salesforce partner and we plan on continuing to work with them as our business grows. My only regret is that we did not use them during our initial implementation as we would have saved thousands of dollars and hours of work. Thank you for helping us fix the mess we were in and making the process as painless as possible.”

We did an extensive evaluation on potential Salesforce partners and they were the only team that could help design the solutions that were meeting our requirements and were within our budget. It is rare that you work with people who really think through all the aspects, who are mindful and resourceful, solutions-focused and two steps ahead. We truly consider them our partner who cares not only about the technology aspects but also our overall mission. Thank you KeyNode! You are the BEST!”
